The Notification Hub offers a centralized, easy-to-use space to revisit activity without relying on emails, push alerts, or tab-switching. This latest release is available to all TownSq Community users on the web, iOS, and Android—no setup, no extra noise.

What does it do?

The Notification Hub compiles all your in-app notifications, allowing you to:

• View all recent updates from across TownSq in one, intuitive interface.
• Filter notifications by feature or read status.
• View notification history from the past 180 days.
• Navigate directly from a notification to the relevant feature or page.

How does it work?

• Tap the bell icon on the TownSq home screen, located in the top navigation bar on the web and at the bottom of the screen on the mobile app.
• Click the icon to view your five most recent notifications or access the complete list.
• Filter and manage notifications by feature or read status.
• Select a notification to be redirected to the corresponding feature.
• Customize your notification settings under Profile settings > Notifications > Feature selection.
